Talent Arts is an independent recruitment firm that operates primarily on a Contingency Fee basis, however there is flexibility in terms of a sliding scale volume rate, flat fee or consulting arrangement depending on the size and scope of the assignment. Talent Arts has recruitment acumen - with the ability to accommodate various budgets or client working models, make decisions and changes quickly and provide a very strong professional presence of your hiring brand out in market.

  • Recruitment Services

    National・Junior to Leadership Positions・Permanent Positions

    Full service recruitment from brief to hire and a strong working collaboration with HR teams and Hiring Managers.

    ・Assistance in helping establish position level/skills, Position Title and Job Description to leverage market insights and critical candidate motivation points.

    ・Provide market intel and salary benchmarks.

    ・Source and screen candidates & present a short-list of 3-5 candidates (80% of hires made in first round.) Steward the interview process via Talent Arts invites and Zoom Rooms.

    ・Professional Reference Checks, Offer Management, Negotiation and Close.

    Contingency 15%-18% fee structure (only paid if a successful candidate is hired): Flexibility based on scope and level, ie: Volume Rates, Flat Fee, etc.

    ・Work directly alongside other internal recruiters or HR teams. Seamless integration within the company and key personnel via a contract email address and access to applicant tracking software or external digital recruitment platforms, schedules and calendars.

    ・Strong additional value in providing external market recruitment for top talent in addition to managing applications and platforms.

    ・Strong market intel & insights during all recruitment stages to highly increase competitive advantage.

    Flat Week or Monthly rate. Dependent upon assignment.
