Full Search-Cycle Details:

・Clients will have a Senior Recruiter leading their search, who also assists with the Job Description, the Position Title if required, and provides Hiring Market Insights, Salary Benchmarks and Critical Candidate Motivation Points. ・Full Search-Cycle involves the search briefing, the development of a strategic market plan, sourcing, screening & presenting candidates, managing the interview process, professional references and offer negotiation. ・Talent Arts can manage and host the interview schedule/process and provides an interview platform via 3 Talent Arts Zoom Rooms. FEE Contingency fee structure between 16%-20% (this is only paid if a successful candidate is hired.) There is flexibility based on search scope and level(s), ie: Volume Rates, Flat Fee, Sliding Scale, etc.

・Part-Time or Full-Time Capacity. ・Work directly in partnership with internal recruiters or Human Resource teams. Seamless integration within the company and key personnel via a contract email address and access to applicant tracking software or external digital recruitment platforms, schedules and calendars. ・Support in managing external applications and Job Platforms and strong additional value in providing external market recruitment for top talent. ・Guided market intel & insights during all recruitment stages to highly increase competitive advantage. FEE Flat Week or Monthly rate.
