Rachel’s background begins on Beverly Glen, Los Angeles, growing up with a steady influx of creative people around her, given her father’s career as an international Cartoonist and single-cell animator. She started her career in Canada in the Advertising industry working at leading agencies Leo Burnett, DDB, FCB, etc., partnering with tier-one CPG businesses of P&G, Kraft, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola and J&J, developing brand campaigns and communication strategies.

Rachel moved into recruitment in 2013 to build the agency division in a boutique search firm, successful establishing the capability, growing existing clients and new business. In 2017, she moved independently to start her own search practice specialized in MarCom, Agency, Digital, Design and Creative. She has spoken at the MARS centre for Digital Day, served as Chair for the Humber Advertising and Marketing Communications Advisory Committee and as Corporate Consultant with OCAD University.
